Pepito Resturant proposes both the traditional Sicilian kitchen rich of genuine tastes obtained thanks to the use of the typical products that the earth of the zone, generous and fertile, places at disposal, and the ethnic plates from the paella to the Valencian one and cous-cous. These last and other specialities as gaspacho and sangria are prepared on order by Lady Dolores, with malagueña origin , allowing to the same one and the customers to be been enraptured of the tastes of the Hispanic earth which the resturant draws its connotation from. With very fresh and very first-rate ingredients are prepared also pizzas, cooked in the wood-fired oven, of the pizza-restaurant which lives together with the good Mediterranean kitchen. Firsts plates much required are: the " Pasta, strictly home-made, with wild fennel and bread-crumbs ", "Pasta to Pepito" with tomato, mushrooms and aubergines and the interpretation in key more delicate and light of the famous "Pasta with the sardines". Makes from overture a rich hors d'oeuvre buffet in which genuine place products do it from masters and concluding with a good selection of fruit and cakes also home-made. |
